If I file a claim, will my insurance premium increase?

No! The only chance of your insurance premium going up would be a neighborhood-wide increase. Our team members are experts in navigating and negotiating with insurance companies—we’ll make sure that everything goes smoothly.

What if my roof replacement claim is denied?

No problem—we are happy to provide cash estimates or repairs. Additionally, there is no limit on the number of times you can file a claim. We are happy to revisit the process at a later time—perhaps after the next storm comes through, when we can look for more qualifying damage.

Roofers at Work

How long will my insurance restoration project take?

At BHR Roofing, we are as efficient as we can be, but insurance does vary. Different companies take different amounts of time to respond to claims. Generally, we estimate around 2 weeks between filing a claim and setting a build date. The length of the build depends on the size, the type of roof, and the weather. However, we will communicate with you every step of the way to make sure you are fully informed!

When Is It Time to Replace My Roof?

There are a few key indicators that it may be time to replace your roof. If your roof is more than 20 years old, if you are seeing signs of leaks or water damage, or if you notice any missing, cracked, or curling shingles, it may be time for a replacement. If you're not sure whether you need a new roof, our team of experts can inspect your roof and provide you with a recommendation.

What Are the Types of Residential Roofs?

The most common types of residential roofs are asphalt shingle roofs, metal roofs, and tile roofs. Asphalt shingle roofs are the most popular type of roofing material due to their affordability and durability. Metal roofs are a premium option that offers superior protection from the elements and a longer lifespan. Tile roofs are typically found on older homes and offer a unique, classic look. We can help you choose the right material for your needs if you're not certain which is best.

How Often Should I Inspect My Commercial Roof?

It's generally recommended that you have your commercial roof inspected at least once a year. However, if you live in an area with severe weather conditions, you may need to have it inspected more often. Our team can help you develop a roof maintenance plan that is tailored to your needs. If you need an upgrade, we provide a commercial roof replacement in DFW.

Are Gutter Guards Worth It?

How Much Do Gutter Guards Cost?

Gutter guards are one of the best ways to protect your home from water damage. By keeping leaves and debris out of your gutters, they allow water to flow freely through them and away from your home. This can help to prevent leaks in your roof and foundation.

The cost of gutter guards varies depending on the type and size of your gutters. However, they are typically very affordable, and they can save you money in the long run by preventing costly water damage.
